Surf sessions

Surfing is a great form of exercise. It challenges balance, strength, endurance and the sensory system. It can help improve emotional regulation all while getting the benefits of being active.

It meets the requirements under capacity building with a physiotherapist under the NDIS, or alternatively can be privately funded.

Intensives

Intensives are multiple sessions in a condensed period of time. This is a great option to be immersed in our approach. This is completed in a one-on-one setting with a physiotherapist.
